Kenneth C. Hutto is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Tax Attorney. Ken has dedicated the last 25 years to bringing a higher level of tax planning and sophistication to small business that is not readily available unless you are a client of one of the big four (4) multinational accounting firms.
Ken has worked for large to mid-size accounting firms since 1993 and has served businesses in the wholesale, distribution, franchise, construction, elder care, health care and professional markets. He has also undergone training in forensics, fraud detection.
In 2001, Ken was declared by the Eleventh (11th) Judicial Circuit in and for Polk, Highland and Hardee County to be an expert witness capable of testifying in court as an Expert Accountant Witness. In 2003, Ken was Certified by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), which is the largest accredited body that provides the credential necessary to place a value on the net worth of a business, or to determine what a business would sell for in an open market.
In 2002, Ken graduated from Barry University College of Law in Orlando where he wrote his thesis on tax shelters. Upon passing the Florida Bar, Ken opened a law office named The Law Office of Kenneth C. Hutto. The law firm establishes itself as an asset protection firm with emphasis on Wills, Trusts and Estates, Elder Law, Guardianships, Trust Management, Sale of Business Agreements and Negotiations.
Kenneth C. Hutto has personally litigated hundreds of special hearings and trials in the areas of Business Disputes, Will Contests, Shareholder Minority Derivative Actions, Dissolution of Marriage, Conditional Guilty Plea and Agreements for White Collar Crimes, Breach of Contract and Elder Abuse.
